We don't just meet the Ministry's requirements — our agency conducts regular unannounced visits, ongoing coaching, and annual reviews to keep every provider operating at the highest level.
New providers receive end-to-end support through the CCEYA licensing process — home assessments, paperwork, Ministry submissions, CWELCC enrollment, and startup equipment. All at no cost.
We carefully match families with providers who share their values, language preferences, and routines. The result is a daycare that truly feels like a second home — not an institution.

The Best 4 Kids is enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program. Eligible families enrolled with our licensed providers pay a maximum of $22/day — automatically applied from day one, with no paperwork or rebates required.
We actively recruit passionate caregivers across Simcoe and York Region. Our agency handles the licensing, the paperwork, and the ongoing support — you focus on what you do best: caring for children.
